An email or letter from patient or doctor will be reviewed by our triage service who will then contact the patient or their representative and an appointment will be scheduled (we guarantee to offer an appointment for review within 5 working days of receipt of the referral).

On the day of review, after an initial nurse assessment, the patient will be seen by one of our specialist doctors in association with one of our consultant staff. Appropriate diagnostics will be scheduled and follow up (and an active treatment plan if required) will be organised. 

No, you can pay for the appointment at the clinic using a bank card or cash, but Private Health Insurance is recommended to reduce the cost of the appointment and diagnostic tests, if required. You should submit a claim to your Insurance Company. The refund amount depends on your Health Insurance Plan.  

Specialised Assessments, blood tests, cardiac assessments and access to radiology such as X-ray, ultrasound, CT and MRI.

• Age over 70

• Urgent but stable medical conditions including but not limited to :

1. Unexplained weight loss (failure to thrive)
2. Unexplained pain syndromes
3. Recurrent falls with or without syncope
4. Early cognitive loss
5. Hypertension and renal issues

• Available to attend within the next 5 working days

• Can attend with one other, responsible person
